I use to live in Kent City, and now I live in Traverse City, well my sister started bring in her dog billy to you and I seen what a wonderful job you did on him, So one weekend when I came down state to vist she called and got my tasha in. Well to make a long story short when ever I come down state I make sure to call and get my tasha in for a hair cut!! You do such a wonderful job I can't thank you enough!!!

Hey, just wanted to let you ladies know that you did a great job !!

Woody (the cat) suffered no mental trauma. He had no issues finding his food dish and doing what we call the "stop, drop and roll" for pets when we walked in the door.

As far as Bedrock (the golden) I forgot what a handsome young(?) man he is. You did an excellent trim job on his feathers and his coat feels great ! We'll only have to work on getting his nails shorter.

Other than that, we will most certainly be back !

P.S. The report cards were a cute idea and the patriotic bandana was a nice touch.

AAA Pet Grooming Staff, I would like to thank you for the time and thought you gave to our family!! About 2 weeks ago our sheltie Emmie passed. She was with us for 15 years. We miss her and so does our springer spaniel Tege. Leigh Ann groomed both of them about a month back. She took the last picture of Emmie along with Tege. I e-mailed AAA Pet Grooming to see if they could forward a picture of her for my 2 daughters. Not only did we get the photo but a card was sent to our family. This also started a "In memory of" page. Again I "THANK YOU" and will let others know the professional care and the thoughtful staff you employ.

I had a very bad experience with my dog at another grooming business last spring. I was very nervous and apprehensive, therefore, bringing my dog to AAA after what I had been through and Leigh Ann Gray worked on my dog. Her compassion, enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism for what she does make her a star in my book, virtues that are absolutely second to none; she is an angel from heaven. My dog and my two cats absolutely love her. I would never take my animals anywhere else. When I pick up my Doobie, Missy or Ebony from AAA Pet Grooming my heart could just melt. My pets look beautiful and they are happy and completely satisfied!!! I cannot say enough to tell everyone out there that this is the only place to bring your beloved pets!! Just look at all the beautiful work AAA has done on all the adorable animals in the pet photo gallery. That is proof enough. These people love what they do and it shows right down to every single pet who comes here and their owners. After I pick up Doobie I take him everywhere I can think of to show him off, he knows he looks good and I receive a lot of compliments.
